When life gives you lemons, Lemonade Insurance has your back. Insurance is often mentioned under unfortunate circumstances, but Lemonade transform the insurance from a necessary evil into a social good. The vibrant colour in the design is to eliminate the traditional mindset towards insurance and brings out the fun in work.

^ The vibrant pink circle door mat gives first impression to coming visitors and able to guide them to come in.

^ Before entering the office, there will be a digital screen for employees to self-check-in by face scanning recognization system. The installation of the thermal monitor and camera in the screen can help to measure human body surface temperature with no contact too.

^ Behind of the manual reception, there is a locker for temporary workers to keep their belongings. The locker offers a touchless experience by controlling the lock over the phone. The shapes and pop colours on the locker represents the fun elements in the office.

^ The shape of the working stations were inspired by the home insurance coverage, thus the roof and the house form.

^ By having a bar height table behind the sofa seating, the small huddle room is fully utilized. The stools can be store under the table if not being used.

^ The highest cabinet inside the printing room was controlled by gesture detect system to open and close. There are also pop yellow seatings inside every station for the waiting of printing jobs. The transparent coloured glass is for people ourside to know whether the room is occupied, so that it can minimize the human traffic inside the room.

^ The shapes of the ceiling opening design were inspired by the concept model. The vertical surface is both decorative and functional, making the alphabet x transform into cushioned stools when removed from the wall.

The implement of fun elements along with the social distancing in the workplace can reduce negative effects of stress and anxiety of employees. If an individual feels that they ‘know’ your company and can see your ‘human’ fun side, then they’ll be more likely to engage with you.
